About our Returns Policy

At Signs & Imaging we are committed to offering our customers the best service we possibly can. If we make a mistake we will rectify it immediately at our cost. If you are at all unhappy with the service you receive from us, please contact us to let us know.

Return of Goods

All of our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are checked rigorously before despatch. In the unlikely event of a short or incorrect delivery please contact us in writing (via post or email) within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Goods cannot be returned without prior agreement from us. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for all postage costs to return goods to us and must be sent to us on a signed for service.

Restocking Policy

Any undamaged and re-saleable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the value of the returned goods or £20, whichever is the greater.

Notice to Purchaser

Before using any product detailed on our website / brochure or pricelist, the customer shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the customer assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Signs & Imaging Southeast Ltd shall not be liable either in tort or in contract for any loss or damage – direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, any of the products listed.

This returns policy applies to your order. We may change our returns policy at any time, so please do not assume that the same policy will apply in the future.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
